Return

At RAW58, you have a 30-day right of return from the day you receive the item.

The item must be returned unused, in original packaging and in the same condition and packaging as when received. Once we have received the goods and approved the return, we will refund the purchase amount to your account as soon as possible.

Please note that it takes 5-10 banking days before the money is back in the purchase account after the return has been processed. You must pay the costs associated with returning the goods yourself. You are also responsible for the goods being properly packed and arriving undamaged.

You have the option of buying a return label through us. Our return label costs just DKK 59. If you want this, you must contact us via the contact form at the bottom of this page, or on our email raw58@raw58.dk.

Of course, you are also welcome to be responsible for the return with a freight supplier of your own choice, but please remember to state your order number and the reason for the return.
